Grouped Mat sessions

You have possibility to test the methods and tools of private sessions in grouped courses. You can easily find the best timing and type of session for you from our timetable.

On the grouped mat sessions we train max 6 people per course.

MAT SESSIONS:

The bottom line of the method consists of balanced and step by step built exercises which help the muscles to act as a harmonious unit. It includes special respiration technology which not only increases the oxygen supply in the body but even boost the physical performance. Mat pilates is also recommended as a complementary training of other sports (running, golf, sailing, tennis, dancing).

BODY IN MIND GROUPED BODY SHAPING COURSE:

Body In Mind Csoportos alakformáló óra Based on 10 years experience and 15 years sport background, the trainers of Body in Mind studio are developed a new system which combines the different trends of fitness (FittBall, elastic band, BOSU, PILATES, joga, GymBar). In case of need, we test your individual toughness status with patient's background. The results of these elements can give us enough information to be able to develop an effective program which can improve your physical and mental condition.

CARDIOLATES COURSE:

Body In Mind Csoportos cardiolates óra This is a unique type of course in Hungary, only available in the Body in Mind Pilates studio. On this course we follow the pilates principles while we train the heart and cardio vascular system with the newest pilates tools. It accelerates the fat burning process, improves the heart circulation system. All musculature will be trained, it becomes tighten.
