CENTERING/STABILIZATION
Explore and understand the importance of initiating movement from a stable source, this is one of the main point of Pilates. With stabilization we can enhance our resistance so that we can have a more efficient training.

CONTROL
Control movement paying full attention to all details in positioning and sequencing. Control is a key point in pilates method.

CONCENTRATION
Perform the exercises with the correct mindful intent and focus on the process of deepening awareness into the movement. It is better to do one repetition correctly, completely and with control, than many without.

FLOW OR EFFICIENCY OF MOVEMENT
Learn the importance of the transitional aspects within each exercise and the total system.

BREATHING
Breathe is equal with life! Deepen your understanding of the importance of exhalation to stimulate breathing, facilitate core support and intensify movement.

PRECISION
It is all in the details. Pay attention to the optimal alignment of the body. Practice a keen awareness while performing the required actions.
